Website Development TermsThe client is responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, logos, and other required materials unless content creation is included in the agreed package.The client must ensure they have the legal rights to all materials provided to us.Website features, pages, payment gateway integration, and other functionalities will depend on the selected package and written agreement.Any work outside the approved scope may be charged separately.The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before final delivery.Domain names, hosting, premium themes, plugins, apps, and third-party subscriptions may involve separate charges unless explicitly included in the quotation.Domain and hosting services generally require periodic renewal. Renewal fees depend on the selected provider and plan.
5. Digital Marketing and SEODigital marketing and SEO results depend on several factors, including competition, budget, website quality, industry trends, and platform algorithms.PV Digital Solution does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, followers, or advertising results.Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our service fees unless explicitly included in the agreement.Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and the legality of their products and services.Changes to advertising policies, search algorithms, and third-party platforms may affect campaign performance.
6. Social Media and AdvertisingThe client must provide the required account access, brand assets, and approvals.Content and advertisements will be prepared according to the agreed strategy and scope.Delayed approvals or missing information may affect publishing schedules.Advertising account suspensions, platform restrictions, policy changes, and technical issues outside our control are not guaranteed to be preventable.Any additional creative work, campaigns, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Client ResponsibilitiesThe client agrees to:Provide accurate information and necessary materials on time.Review and approve designs, content, and website details promptly.Provide authorized access to the relevant accounts and platforms.Ensure that all supplied content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.Make payments according to the agreed terms.Maintain copies of important business information, website content, and credentials.

Revisions and ApprovalsThe number of revisions included will depend on the selected package or project agreement.Revisions must remain within the originally agreed scope.New features, major design changes, or changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges.Written approval from the client may be treated as authorization to proceed with the approved work.
9. Client work will not be presented as a public case study without appropriate authorization.

Confidentiality and Data ProtectionPV Digital Solution will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information and account credentials shared for service delivery.Client information will be used for legitimate business and service-related purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information and should maintain appropriate security for their accounts.
